A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you download.

What to know about Image Color Picker: HEX & RGB.

What does the alpha value show?

Alpha describes pixel transparency: zero is fully transparent and one is fully opaque. The color is sampled from the image as decoded by the browser.

No. File contents are processed in your browser. The site, codecs and any required models still need to load over the network; local results depend on your device and browser.
